This is a standard Unix process feature and nothing to do with Cocoa; probably best asked elsewhere.

Hi,
I have a nice app called Blitz (blitzapp.com) which has the ability to focus on a single application, pausing the rest. Does anybody know how this could be done? I'd like to write myself a modification that lets me choose the apps I pause instead of the app that is "focused" (not paused).
Thanks,
David Hatch
