Overlay controls a la iTunes and QuickTime

  • Subject: Overlay controls a la iTunes and QuickTime

Howdy all,

What would be the best way to implement a HUD-like overlay of controls in the same manner as iTunes and QuickTime? These overlays can be seen when playing a video in iTunes 8 or a full screen video in (at least) the free version of QuickTime.

Is there example code or open source code that does this?

Thanks,

Kiel
