basically, it broke over break. The person needed to handle it were unavailable, as was the backup person. There was nothing to archive in hat time, since the list was silent. I assume steps are being taken to prevent this from happening again.

Same here, and nothing has been archived in that time either. 6 days downtime? That's pretty poor... I wonder if we'll get an explanation?
