NSLog / Console / Console Messages

I am trying to debug a problem with a customer.

I made a build with NSLog messages to trace behavior.

I have the customer open Console and choose Console Messages.

The last message if from march, my messages do not show ???

What is it that I am not aware of re:NSLog
