Is sdp generating incomplete header files?

  • Subject: Is sdp generating incomplete header files?

Hi all,

In an attempt to start using the scripting bridge, I followed the instructions available here <http://developer.apple.com/documentation/Cocoa/Conceptual/ScriptingBridgeConcepts/UsingScriptingBridge/UsingScriptingBridge.html >

If use the sdef tool with the application I would like to interact with, I get an xml file describing multiple suites for the application, including the misc suite. However, the sdp tool only seems to synthesize header files defining interaction with the document suite. Why can't it synthesize a header file including functionality exposed by the misc suite? I can clearly see the misc suite in the application's dictionary exposed by the Script Editor.

Thanks,

Kiel
