well that's impossible to say and not a cocoa question. If you use only public APIs and satisfy the other store conditions then I don't see why not. But you really cannot say and I've certainly not read the app conditions document recently.

If it worked just grabbing from the microphone, the built-in voice recording app would do this but that explicitly disables that when you're on a call.
