Since the link isn't working for me, could you give me an idea of what part and document you are referring to? Is it, by any chance, the - attachedWindow method? I tried this, but I get (null), whether or not the sheet is open. Interestingly, if I send -isSheet to the sheet, I get YES once the sheet has been opened. Any ideas?

As some further information, I'm getting really strange behaviour when the sheet is open. For example, if I ask an NSDocument window controller to display the address of self, it gives me a different result whether or not the sheet is open.
