You can put anything you want inside an executable.  The system
doesn't care.  But why would you want to?  The __info_plist section is
specially-recognized by the system to support Carbon apps that are
linked on OS X.  Microsoft Office 2004 used it, for example. All apps
today should be using the bundle structure.
