Calendar Store- iCal Notifications

I know you can use the Calendar Store API to receive notifications if iCal data has changed. Can you use the same API to receive notifications if the ical user has received a notification related to a calDAV account (i.e. new meeting invitations, rejected meeting invitations, etc.).
