This is not correct -- they're defined in a *category* of NSIndexPath -- see
/$Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/Developer/SDKs/iPhoneOS3.0.sdk/ System/Library/Frameworks/UIKit.framework/Headers/UITableView.h


Class extensions and categories are different, see "Categories and Extensions"
