There are, but you don't want to use them. Apple once made a DotMacKit framework that would upload anything to MobileMe, but it hasn't been updated in years, it's horribly obsolete, the authors will most likely never update it, and the source code isn't available.

You're best off using a library that supports HTTP PUT and doing this manually, such as ConnectionKit or CURL.
