Is that what you are asking about?

Almost. Now, set the MallocStackLoggingNoCompact environment variable in the process you are testing (you can do so via the Executables inspector in Xcode or 'set env MallocStackLoggingNoCompact=1' in gdb) and use 'leaks' again.
