Application that's been running a long time, now one user out of dozens gets
this crash first thing after logging in (and, obviously, going to select a
menu item to get started):

So I'm curious, anybody got a clue to offer as to what is suddenly causing
menu drawing/tracking to crash? I'll try reinstalling, but if that actually
"fixes" it, then I'll be worried that her Mac is going down the tubes...
