Custom Sheets

Hi.
I've tried to use custom sheets following this tutorial:
http://developer.apple.com/documentation/Cocoa/Conceptual/Sheets/Tasks/UsingCustomSheets.html#//apple_ref/doc/uid/20001290
But the sheet doesn't appear properly (attached to the window) and the
method orderOut: doesn't work.
Any ideas about what may be wrong?
I've tried to use the custom sheet in a second thread, but I don't
know if this is the problem.
