Any kind of hint or tutorial or example will be helpful to understand.

Only have hints: NSTabView for switching pages (tabs can be turned off), NSToolbar for the stuff under the title bar, NSBundle for loading the various plugins and also for loading NIBs from a file. NSMatrix and an NSButtonCell without a border for the main page.
