Good idea but, no, "Conditionally Sets Enabled" is not an available
option for the 'title' binding. (It is an available option for the
'value' binding.)

Thanks, Scott. Interesting -- maybe that's one reason why long ago I
gave up on binding the 'target' of an NSMenuItem -- besides the fact
that it's usually easier to wire up the target the old-fashioned way.
