I see this error at least several times a week. Searching through this
week's logs from my work computer:

ibtool[6341]: -[NSConcreteAttributedString initWithString:] called
with nil string argument...
mdworker[422]: -[NSConcreteAttributedString initWithString:] called
with nil string argument...

Both being Apple-supplied utilities.
