main nib, firing a secondary nib and it's controller....

Subject: main nib, firing a secondary nib and it's controller....

i want to have a WindowController object and it's own nib separate from the main nib......

but i want this secondary nib and controller to fire up when the application launches...

what is the best way to do that?
