Hardware UUID in New Mac Book Pro

Hi,
How to fetch the Hardware UUID from New Mac Book Pro. Earlier Mac Book's system Profiler was showing Hardware UUID but in new machines, It might be hidden or stored in any other form/name.
Is there any command or (c/cpp) api to get that ID?
