Hi guys!

Mystery solved--it was something already assigned to that in a menu deep in a nested menu, inside the NIB. I had to comb through the designable.nib in a text editor, actually, to find it.

So for future reference, not being able to set a menu can be caused by another menu item being set to it, elsewhere.

This isn't the first time I've seen this, duplicate settings for key equivalents actually caused a recurring crash in an earlier version of the app (last week).

So that's all it was.
