I know of three frameworks that provide controls for use in HUD windows (in order of recommendation):

BWToolkit - http://www.brandonwalkin.com/bwtoolkit/
BGHUDAppKit - http://www.binarymethod.com/bghudappkit/
HMBlkAppKit - http://shiira.jp/hmblkappkit/en.html
