iOS 4: CGImageCreateWithImageProvider

When I run the Apple Sample Code "CurrentAddress" on my iPhone (4.0.1) I always get:
Tue Aug  3 13:50:52 da CurAddress[679] <Error>: CGImageCreateWithImageProvider: invalid image size: 0 x 0.

What does this mean?
What can I do about this?
