Have you tried picking up a book on Cocoa programming? There are a
number of books in print that help you learn cocoa by presenting many
of the most common concepts in an orderly fashion, easing you into the
Cocoa world one step at a time. That can be a better approach than
just digging through documentation (though of course the documentation
is important, too).
