Given the number of suggests which have been put forth to no avail, my suggestion is to distill your problem into a sample application which show's the drawing artifact. In my experience, that process will either make clear what the problem is or make an example project which others can point out what the problem is. ;-) Until then, all these suggestions are just shots in the dark.
