trapping each iteration of run loop?

  • Subject: trapping each iteration of run loop?

Is there any way to get some code to run after each event processed? (This is for debugging, not subverting the UI in some strange way.) I don't really want to just use NSTimer, because I don't want this code running continuously when the app is otherwise idle.
