Implementing Ken-Bun Effect

Hi All,
I have a image with size 480 * 320 (iPhone Landscape mode). I need to animate the image from part of the image with co-ordiantes like (11, 17, 200, 134) to part of image with co-ordinates (253, 59, 200, 134).
Can some one help me to solve the above problem.
