You can build one fairly quickly.
Here is the salient part from NSApplication Class Reference

Method:

applicationIconImage
Returns the image used for the receiver’s icon.

- (NSImage *)applicationIconImage

Return Value
An image containing the application’s icon.

Availability
	• Available in Mac OS X v10.0 and later.
