NSView background color

I have an NSView in a *.nib file. I'm trying to change the background
color in it to match the unified toolbar metal color (not exactly sure
what the name of that color is either).

My controller to this view calls initWithNibName:, but other than
that, I don't see where or how I can change the color to this view.

Thanks for any help in this.
