Including UIImageView to Scroll down with UITableView

Hello Guys,

I have a View Controller that uses the UITableView delegate but then I want to place above the UITableView, a UIImageView but I
can't seem to include it in the scrolling. When I try to scroll down, only the UITableView moves. Anybody knows how I can solve this problem?
