[iPhone] How to access the Cancel button in a search bar?

The subject pretty much says it all. I need to access the Cancel button of a search bar, so I can change its title. I couldn't find a way to set an outlet to it in IB, and the docs don't show it as a property of the search bar. Any ideas?
