iPad 4.2 (deploy to 3.2.2) error

When I try to run my base 4.2 iPad app on Simulator 3.2.2 or a 3.2.2 device, I get the following error during launch:
"Data Formatters temporarily unavailable, will re-try after 'continue'. (Not safe to call dlopen at this time.)"
The Base SDK is set to iOS 4.2 and the iOS Deployment Target is set to iOS 3.2.2.
Any hints of what I am doing wrong? When I built with base SDK 3.2, it worked fine.
