Did you just download them in the last day or has it been a week or two? You do have Xcode 3.2.5 right? For the first week or so after 3.2.5 was released the certificates downloaded from the member site were bad. Apple made some changes and that cleared up I think most of the issues (including mine). But there were a number of posts in the Developer forums about this issue. Even if you did just download them I would try to delete the certificates (from your Keychain too) and then redo them completely. If you still have the same issue I'm not sure what else could be the cause except maybe some people are still experiencing this and it's still being discussed in the Developer forums...
