I've modified Robert Pointon's RPTagCloud to have more token-field features, and changed the name to RPTokenControl. There's still alot of work that should be done; in particular, it should provide one of those Interface Builder palettes (or whatever they call them nowadays). As is you must instantiate as a Custom View and configure it completely in code. But it works for me:

I don't keep very good track of these things, though, and it's also possible that I've broken it recently by adding dependencies. If you try it and files seem to be missing, send me a list and I'll fix and retest.
