Disabling selection of files in NSOpenPanel

  • Subject: Disabling selection of files in NSOpenPanel

Hi everyone,

I'm using NSOpenPanel, and I'd like the ability to disable files and folders under certain conditions (for example if a file is on an external drive versus the boot volume). 10.6 introduced a delegate method called "panel:shouldEnableURL:" which would be perfect, but I need a Leopard-compatible solution.

Any ideas how I could do this?

Thanks,

Dave
