Yes, but the documentation searching functionality is part of the IDE,
so you might have better luck getting your question answered over
there.

If you're referring specifically to Xcode 4, then an even better idea
might be to post in the Xcode 4 forums at http://devforums.apple.com.

But no matter what you do, file bugs for features you think are broken
or missing: http://bugreport.apple.com
