True, and that's better than a crash, but it gives a hopelessly useless message (pre-10.7 anyway). It says your OS is too old, but doesn't say:
- what version is needed
- how to update
I'm happy that 10.7 finally gives a beautiful message, finally fixing <rdar://3807111>, and only 7 years later. :)
