This is all made much more complicated by the fact that it's utterly unclear what Apple wants from these values. The documentation is about as coy and opaque as it gets (and that's pretty darned coy and opaque). My policy is to disbelieve everything everybody says on this topic and supply the same value for both fields and pray we get past the Guardians. m.
