Read Protected File

  • Subject: Read Protected File

Hey folks,

I'm trying to read a protected file (one which I don't have rights to access). The only way I know around this is with an Authorization routine + NSTask, or to create a Helper Tool.
Is there a better way?

Also, I'm using auth in my own code for something else, but I'd love some other examples just to make sure I'm doing things properly...

Thanks,
jeremy
