Well, thank you --- The name of the attribute to change to "public" is "Role", and it does NOT appear on the get-info panel for the header file.

You can set it using the contextual menu (right-click) on the header file, in the "role" submenu, or directly in the file-list, choosing a value  on the "role" column.

Anyway, thank you, it all works now.
