Hi Leon, Kyle,

I have been told that ImageIO on iOS does not have RAW decoders. (Kyle knows that it does on the desktop.) It's still possible to display something when the file has an embedded JPEG thumb, which most RAW files do. I'm not sure what the mechanism is, but ImageIO on the desktop does have an explicit way to ask for a thumb image. Perhaps try that.

Cocoa Frameworks, but not on iOS
