It's NDA material, and it's as much as anyone's developer status is worth to discuss it with you in a non-NDA setting. If you're a Mac developer program member you can:

* Watch the WWDC11 videos that cover the subject.
* Read the documentation that came with the Lion SDK.
* Ask on devforums.apple.com.
