Anyone can make a style guide for anything. Google has their own [screwy] homegrown coding style for C++ and Java that they use in their own code, and they write some Objective-C too so they have a style guide that matches. And since some of their code is open source and has external contributors (e.g. Chromium and GTM) they publish these style guides publicly.
