I couldn't find these keys in the list of available keys in App property
list.
I'm using XCode 3.2.6

Why? Are you aware that you can have fonts bundled into your application and they can be used by your application without being installed anywhere else?

Oops, I forgot to mention that target platform is OS X 10.4+
That link has "ios" in its URL, but it's applicable to Mac OS X. (The document it's a part of applies to both, with a section for each.)
