In the build tab of the info window on the target (or project, if you want to change all targets), choose your configuration, click on the setting, and choose "Add Build Setting Condition" in the action menu at the bottom of the window. You'll then see a variant build setting appear that you can choose to associate with either a CPU architecture or an SDK.
