I would say that it looks like something there in CERPCFBundle is throwing an NSError as an exception, and you're also using the ExceptionHandling framework, which doesn't work with that.
My recommendation would be to stop using the ExceptionHandling framework. Beyond that, if you have any control over CERPCFBundle or influence with the owners of that, find out why they are throwing NSErrors as exceptions.
