You can do what you want (and more) with a couple of code gen actions. Next update will allow you to do it in one fell swoop.
In one gen, you can get all your synth, dealloc, viewDidUnload, init, initWith, keyPaths, observing. In another gen, you can get mehtod stubs, delegate stubs etc
