Sandboxing disallows AppleEvents?

  • Subject: Sandboxing disallows AppleEvents?

Really? I get how that kind of functionality has made Windoze such a security hole forever, but there are so many Mac applications that depend on being able to send AppleEvents, especially within a suite of applications (all from the same vendor).

Is there no facility for doing this?

Thanks,
