Any success with SMLoginItemSetEnabled?

  • Subject: Any success with SMLoginItemSetEnabled?

Hi,

has anybody successfully used SMLoginItemSetEnabled?
It always returns false for me, whatever I try.

When googling, I do not find much about SMLoginItemSetEnabled, but a working alternative using LSSharedFileList calls.

Is it OK to use these LSSharedFileList calls instead of SMLoginItemSetEnabled and get accepted in the Mac App Store Review process?

Regards,
Mani
