Not sure how on-topic this is…

I have filed three DTS incidents in the last three months. The results:

- Refunded with the advice that I should file a bug report, and the issue was resolved that way.

- Refunded after I figured out the solution on my own within a couple of days.

- Developed into an OS bug. The engineer was forthcoming and made a couple of long-shot suggestions for workarounds (which didn't work). I was credibly assured the fix is in work. I feel I got prompt, good-will attention.
