You're right. I wouldn't want my iPhone flying my Airbus.

But you're talking about the Game Of Life, a whole different kettle of bananas.

Might as well get used to it. Tens of thousands of apps out there are working and some are even earning useful income for their developers, despite the "inherently unreliable" environment. I'd suggest you quit whining and get on with some useful work. Respectfully, of course ;-)
